ARCHITECTS, TAMPA BAY
ANNOUNCES 2025 BOARD OF
DIRECTORS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Tampa, Florida (January 2025) – The Tampa Bay Chapter of the American
Institute of Architects (AIA Tampa Bay) proudly announces its 2025 Board of
Directors. Jody Beck, AIA, will serve as this year’s President. Beck is a principal of
Traction Architecture, an award-winning Residential Architecture firm in Tampa
Bay.
Other members of the 2025 board will include Angela Hendershot, AIA, Principal at
Rowe Architects, as Immediate Past President; Scott A. Holmes, AIA, Principal at
Holmes Architecture, as Vice President / President-Elect; and Shaun Luttrell, AIA,
Principal at Luttrell Architecture, as Treasurer. Arsenio Guillermo, Assoc. AIA, with
Page Architecture, will serve as Secretary.
James Jackson, AIA, with the City of St. Petersburg, and Leah Crowe, Assoc. AIA,
with EMPAD Architecture, will serve as West Director and East Director,
respectively. Ron Dulaney, AIA, Director at USF School of Architecture and
Community Design, will serve as the Academic Member representing USF SACD. In
addition, Alejandra Mateus, AIAS, President of AIAS at USF School of Architecture
and Community Design, will represent students as a Student Member.
Ashly Andersen, with Invision Advisors, will serve as the Public Member. Hannah
Murray, Assoc. AIA, with Sol Design Group, and Brandon Newton, Assoc. AIA, with
Wannemacher Jensen, will serve as Associate Director. Jonathan Moore, AIA,
Principal at Invision Advisors, will serve as State Director. Executive Director Dawn
Mages-Cordero will continue to lead the chapter's operations.
AIA Tampa Bay serves over 750 members across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk,
Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, and Pasco Counties. Through educational programs,
advocacy initiatives, and community service, the chapter promotes the role of
architecture in creating resilient, sustainable, and thriving communities.
