Join other Business Owners, Hiring Managers and Human Resources Professionals, Hiring Managers for a complimentary Business and Breakfast hosted by The Diversity Initiative Thursday, February 23rd (8:00am-9>00am). This one hour event will focus on the value and quality work Job Seekers with Disabilities bring to small to large businesses throughout Tampa Bay.
Diversity and Inclusion of Job Seekers with Disabilities has become an important part of recruiting qualified
and motivated staff. Many business owners have expressed their need to hire dependable, skilled
part-time staff to work between five to twenty hours per week but have trouble finding them. The
following is a partial listing of small to large companies who have embraced this strategy and are benefiting
from the value and quality work provided by Job Seekers with Disabilities:
Amazon, Catering by Ethel, Lowe’s,Target,Wellcare,Outback,Hertz, Beall's,Publix,LA Fitness, Michaels, AMC Theatres , PDQ, MOSI, UPS Store, Olive Garden, Bayfront Health, Morgan and Morgan plus many other companies throughout the greater Tampa Bay area
TDI provides no-fee job coaching services to Job Seekers with Disabilities plus no-fee employment services to companies hiring Job Seekers with Disabilities. Our non-profit has made over 1,700 successful part-time and full-time connections throughout Tampa Bay since 2010.
